Witness tampering charges against Republican Pinocci dropped
There’s laws for the rest of us and then there’s laws for the powerful and politically connected. Montana Free Press reports PSC commissioner Randy Pinocci got off his felony witness tampering charges with a stern wet noodle to the wrist, apparently in exchange for pleading no contest to misdemeanor disorderly conduct which carried a stiff $100 fine.
